In reflection to this project involving 21st century technology was interesting,but fun! This is the first voice thread I have had to do and I liked it. Without knowing how to operate everything on the page was a downfall, but as soon as I figured it out it is great. Many teachers just use pencil and paper to engage their students, but the world is changing and computers and becoming the new pencil and paper. I will definitely be using 21st century technology in my classroom. This project is suitable for all grades and lets the students have something they made themselves. In my opinion, the best way to learn is through having fun and this is a project that meets both ends. I feel like if a student knows how to explore and do many tasks on the internet, they will be more rounded and technology sound. The voice thread and wiki page are a few ways out of many to get the students engaged with technology and enjoy it. This was one of the few activities that I was pleased to do and learn at the same time.
